Skincare

Skin elasticity is something young people take for granted. Most of us do not give a lot of thought about the formation of wrinkles and the appearance of loose skin. But the aging process of the dermis is gradual. It happens every single day. As you get older, your skin loses its ability to produce essential dermis components. It also fails in repairing damaged dermis tissues brought about by excessive weight loss and too much sun exposure.

If you want to tone loose skin, you have to start as soon as possible. Putting it off will only make the problem worse. There are a plethora of natural methods that can help you achieve this. Here are some tips you might want to incorporate in your daily routine:

Tip 1: Mind your diet. Your body needs all the nutrition you can get in order for it to work properly. Your skin needs a steady supply of Vitamin A, E and C. It also needs proteins and omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin A helps correct damaged and worn-out skin tissues. Vitamin E can help slow down the natural skin aging process. Vitamin C improves the vibrancy of your dermis. This also enhances your skin’s immune functions. Proteins are necessary for the production of keratin. Keratin is vital because this is what produces more collagen and elastin in the body. Omega-3 fatty acids can help normalize the production of sebum, nourish the skin deep down and regulate hormonal production.

Tip 2: Get rid of harmful toxins. Unwanted toxins take up residence in our skin. In fact, most of them settle in the subcutaneous layer of the dermis in the form of cellulites. These toxins mess up with the elastic functions of your skin. They damage the natural structure of the dermis tissues. You can get rid of toxins through exercise and detoxification methods. Physical activities improve circulation in your body. This makes it easier for your body to purge out toxins. Proper circulation also maximizes the use of fat and fluid so you are less likely to experience swollen dermis tissues. Eat foods rich in fiber. Also drink tea. Tea contains components that can reduce toxins in the body.

Beautiful Face

You may disagree with me about this, but hear me out. Getting rid of dark circles under your eyes is easier than you think. Now, I know you’ve probably been disappointed with the lack of results from eye creams and serums which promise to eliminate these unsightly blotches. But just because those products don’t work doesn’t mean you have to put up with these unsightly blotches around your eyes. All it means is you don’t have the information I’m about to share with you. Let me explain.

You see, the reason most eye creams don’t work is because they have nothing in them which can work with your skin’s natural chemistry. They are formulated with a long list of synthetic chemicals whose molecular make up prevents them from penetrating deeply into your skin. But even if they could, they don’t possess any healing substances which can treat damaged cells…the cause of dark circles, bags and puffiness.

Skin care scientists have long been aware that damaged cells need special healing treatment if the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid is going to be reactivated. These structural proteins and fatty acids are necessary for maintaining a smooth, firm, bright tone and texture.

When this production comes to a halt the thin, delicate skin around your eyes can no longer support this healthy, firm condition. Circulation becomes poor, capillaries break and leak, causing the reddish-blue pigmentation known as “dark circles.”

The healing treatment developed by scientists come from potent nutrients contained in extracts from Nature. These substances are highly compatible with human skin, which gives them easy access to the deepest levels of the dermis. [click to continue…]
