Emotions are funny. We have a tendency to hold onto the dark side of them. Whenever we have emotional trauma in our lives, it can leave us with negativity and unwanted feelings that haunt us for years.

Hidden negative emotions, which are never acknowledged, can hinder the healing process.  Our everyday routines always seem to come first, leaving the emotional healing “for later”, and later may never come.

One of the best ways to heal is to reflect on past experiences and forgive.

1. Valor – Place one drop on your wrist and place your other wrist atop it, holding for a few seconds. Feel the energy align. Drop 2 -3 drops on the top of your head. (It won’t ruin your hairdo!) This will help you ground and balance your energies again.
